Job summary

Correlate Resources is seeking a Senior Data Engineer who combines deep engineering capability with the confidence to operate in a consulting environment. You’ll shape client problems, design solutions and lead delivery across modern data platforms.

You’ll work hands-on with Python, SQL, Spark / PySpark and Databricks, mentor engineers and ensure secure, scalable, and cost-effective outcomes while collaborating across clients and industries.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience across Data Engineering or Software Engineering.
• Strong Python and SQL.
• Databricks and Spark / PySpark.
• Git, CI/CD and modern engineering practices.
• Experience across AWS, Azure or GCP.
• Consulting or highly client-facing delivery experience.
• Strong communication, commercial judgement and high EQ.
• Ability to work at pace and adapt quickly across changing environments.
• Relevant technical degree.

Responsibilities

• Architecting and building complex, scalable data pipelines
• Designing modern data platforms and cloud-based solutions
• Working hands-on across Python, SQL, Spark / PySpark and Databricks
• Leading technical design and contributing to architecture decisions
• Conducting code reviews and mentoring engineers
