Job summary

Blinq is seeking a Senior Data Engineer to own Blinq’s data analytics infrastructure, build scalable data pipelines, and partner with Product and Engineering to drive data-driven decisions.

You’ll design and maintain data processing systems, integrate data from diverse sources, and implement quality checks to ensure reliable insights. This hybrid role can be based in Melbourne or Sydney, with three days in the office and two remote.

Qualifications

• Strong SQL data wrangling skills.
• Experience with modern analytics stack and data modeling.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication.

Responsibilities

• Own data and analytics platforms and ensure data quality.
• Maintain analytics infrastructure and dashboards.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to measure success.
• Design, build and maintain data processing systems and pipelines.
• Integrate data from multiple sources to data warehouse/lake.
