Job summary

Oracle seeks a Senior Manager to lead Data Center Hardware Support in Sydney. The role oversees end-to-end on-site hardware installation, troubleshooting, server upgrades, and network deployments for a regional client base.

• Strong understanding of data center operations and facilities management.
• Ability to coordinate with service, development teams and external vendors to resolve complex issues.

Responsibilities

• Manages teams conducting end-to-end on-site hardware installation and troubleshooting for a region.
• Oversees server upgrades and component replacements for existing customer base.
• Oversees network cabling validation and networking equipment deployments for a region.
• Coordinates resources to address highly complex issues and ensures documented resolutions.
• Maintains awareness of outages and manages major outage situations for clients.
• Drives adherence to SOPs, MOPs and security controls across regions.
• Leads collaboration with vendors to ensure SLAs are met and quality is maintained.
