Job summary

Amazon's AWS Infrastructure Capacity Delivery team seeks a skilled TIPM Manager to lead a team of Technical Programme Managers delivering data centre capacity projects across regions. You will guide strategy, unblock delivery, manage cross-functional and technical teams from concept to deployment, and partner with senior leaders to balance resources and priorities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience.
• Experience managing direct reports.
• Experience leading large teams, including hiring and developing high-performing technical teams.
• Experience in data centre or other critical environments or leading technical teams through operations and maintenance evolutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Technical Programme Managers delivering data centre capacity programs across regions.
