• Experience leading large teams, with demonstrable ability to hire, develop, and manage high‑performing technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of Technical Programme Managers to deliver data centre capacity projects.
• Set strategy and unblock delivery across cross‑functional teams.
• Coach and develop team members through regular 1:1s and development plans.
• Lead complex programmes spanning multiple regions with limited guidance.
