Job summary

Cm3, part of Wesfarmers Industrial & Safety, is seeking a Senior Data Architect to lead a structured data discovery, documentation and governance program for our CM3 customer platform in Melbourne. You will build comprehensive data models, lineage, dictionaries and runbooks across relational and non-relational stores.

You will collaborate with Product, Engineering and IT to ensure operational resilience and scalable knowledge capture, with a 12‑month fixed-term contract that may convert to

Qualifications

Senior-level data architecture experience across complex enterprise platforms.
Proven ability to lead data discovery and documentation programs.
Experience delivering data dictionaries, lineage diagrams and governance artefacts.

Responsibilities

Lead structured data discovery, documentation and assurance across CM3 platform.
Develop data models, dictionaries, lineage diagrams and runbooks.
Coordinate with Product, Engineering and IT for governance and reliability.
Deliver reusable artefacts and knowledge repository for teams.
