Job summary

CareCone Group is seeking a Senior Data Architect to lead and define enterprise data architecture across our Sydney/Melbourne footprint. You will guide data strategy, model enterprise information systems, and champion Lakehouse and cloud data platform adoption.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience as a Senior Data Architect / Enterprise Data Architect / Lead Data Architect.
• Strong understanding of modern enterprise data architecture.
• Experience with Lakehouse architecture and modern cloud data platforms.
• Experience with Databricks, Snowflake and/or Microsoft Purview.
• Strong understanding of data lineage, metadata and data taxonomy.
• Experience developing enterprise data models and information architectures.
• Strong understanding of data governance and data management principles.
• Ability to design technology-agnostic architectures and select appropriate platforms based on business needs.
• Experience working across complex enterprise technology environments.
• Strong understanding of data integration, data platforms, analytics and information flows.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Proven ability to operate at an enterprise architecture and strategic level.
