Job summary

hipages is seeking a Senior Data Analyst for a 12-month parental leave contract. You will partner with the data team to feed insights into hipages' commercial strategy and help shape our marketplace with data-driven decisions.

Work with stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Marketing and Commercial, delivering reporting, insights and analytics for projects from channel performance to segmentation. Hybrid work with two days WFH.

Qualifications

• Data analytics experience in an e-commerce or technology company.
• Experience working with enterprise data warehouses.
• Advanced SQL and BI tools proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Build a framework for sharing insights with the business and recommending product improvements.
• Analyse data, trends and results, and explain their business impact to stakeholders.
• Explore the acquisition funnel to find insights and opportunities that grow jobs and tradie numbers.
• Provide teams with data to shape use cases and requirements.
• Support segmentation strategies to improve personalised customer experience.
• Design, run and measure feature experiments.
