Job summary

Endeavour Group's ALH pubs network is seeking a Senior Data Analyst - Workforce Planning to join the Business Excellence (BEX) team in Melbourne. You will build predictive models linking demand to staffing, develop segmentation and benchmarks, and support advanced workforce planning tooling.

You will translate insights for Publicans and Area Managers, help track benefits post-implementation, and collaborate with SMEs to turn data into practical actions that optimise scheduling and cost

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Economics, or related quantitative field.
• Have a minimum of 5 years hands on experience.
• Experience in workforce management and familiarity with enterprise scheduling software (e.g., UKG).
• Proficiency in Cloud platforms (GCP, DBT), strong SQL skills and data visualisation (Tableau).
• Experience in building predictive forecasting models and applying advanced analytics (incl. AI).

Responsibilities

• Deliver demand-based workforce planning across Australia's largest hospitality network.
• Create venue segmentation frameworks and labour productivity benchmarks.
• Develop 'by driver' demand-forecasting models translating complex sales drivers into granular required labour hours.
• Provide analytical support for tooling discovery and data access for future-state workforce planning solutions.
• Translate complex analytical findings into clear, actionable insights for Publicans and Area Managers.
• Support Finance in estimating and tracking benefits post-implementation to report progress to executives.
