Qualifications

• Extensive experience as a Senior Data Analyst or Data Systems Analyst in complex enterprise data environments.
• Strong knowledge of the Insights Platform and its role in enabling strategic business outcomes.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and deliver high-quality outputs with minimal supervision.
• Proven experience leading requirements workshops and stakeholder interviews across business and technology audiences.
• Deep understanding of enterprise data models, data lineage, data architecture, and associated governance concepts.
• Proven ability to understand unfamiliar business processes quickly and map end-to-end source-to-target data flows.
• Experience supporting development and testing teams through requirements clarification, solution design, and data-validation activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery and analysis activities independently, establishing approach, scope, and priorities.
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder interviews to elicit and validate business requirements.
• Translate business processes into accurate source-to-target data flows.
• Produce development-ready artefacts including data mapping, lineage, and requirements.
• Develop sample SQL queries and data-validation artefacts to support design and QA.
• Provide timely requirements clarification to developers and testers.
• Identify data ambiguities, risks, dependencies, and gaps early and drive resolution.
• Maintain strong relationships with senior business representatives, data specialists, and engineers.
• Support delivery velocity by proactive collaboration and reducing dependency on others.
