Job summary

Data#3 Ltd in Western Australia is seeking a senior Data & AI Solution Consultant to join our WA team. You will own the reference architecture, shape opportunities, lead technical direction, and deliver end-to-end Data & AI solutions across Microsoft Fabric, Azure and AI Foundry.

You will run discovery workshops, assess customer needs, design lakehouse architectures, and mentor engineers while partnering with account executives to win presales outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years' experience in Data Engineering, Data & AI Architecture or Analytics Solution Design.
• Hands-on experience delivering solutions with Microsoft Fabric and Azure.
• Strong expertise in data governance, security, quality and lineage.
• Certifications such as DP-600/DP-700 or Azure Solutions Architect Expert, or a plan to obtain them.
• Technical leadership and ability to mentor teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the WA Data & AI reference architecture across Microsoft Fabric, Azure and AI Foundry.
• Design and build complex data platforms, lakehouse architectures, RAG solutions and agentic AI patterns.
• Lead discovery workshops, technical assessments and customer engagements.
• Partner with Account Executives to shape opportunities, develop cost models and support presales outcomes.
• Champion security, governance, lineage and data quality by design.
• Mentor consultants and engineers while providing technical leadership across engagements.
