Westpac is seeking a Senior Data and Intelligence Partner for Home Lending to turn business questions into data, analytics and AI outcomes. You will shape the data agenda, align leaders on priorities, and drive delivery from problem definition to benefits realization across multidisciplinary squads.

You will build reusable data capabilities focused on customer, growth, risk, regulatory and productivity priorities, partnering with senior stakeholders to balance delivery with long-term capability.

Qualifications

• Strong experience leading data, analytics, intelligence or AI delivery within a complex business environment.
• Knowledge of Home Lending, including customer journeys, distribution, product, pricing, credit risk or servicing
• Strong capability across analytics, measurement, data products, machine learning or decisioning, with the judgement to match the right approach to a business problem
• Experience translating complex or ambiguous business questions into clear outcomes, measures, data requirements and delivery plans
• The ability to influence senior stakeholders and bring multidisciplinary teams together, while balancing delivery, governance and longer-term capability

Responsabilités

• Owns the Home Lending data and intelligence roadmap and prioritises outcomes.
• Shields alignment with senior stakeholders and cross-functional leaders.
• Orchestrates problem definition through delivery, adoption and benefits.
• Tracks value, adoption, risks, dependencies and delivery health across the Home Lending portfolio.
