Job summary

Saltbush is seeking an Employment Services Program Manager to lead the Darwin-based Employment Services team. You will drive the delivery and continuous improvement of contracted services, oversight of budgets and compliance, and build strong partnerships with employers and government agencies.

You will report to the CEO, supporting strategic direction and ensuring culturally appropriate, person-centred service delivery to Aboriginal job seekers.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience within the Employment Services sector.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead and develop a team and manage budgets.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Employment Services team with accountability and development focus.
• Recruit, onboard and assess staff performance in line with Saltbush policies.
• Manage resources, budgets and payroll costs for programs.
• Ensure contract delivery, quality and compliance against targets.
• Develop relationships with service providers, employers and agencies.
• Support industry and employer engagement to create employment pathways.
