Job summary

Microsoft\'s Detection and Response Team (DART) seeks a Senior Cybersecurity Incident Coordinator to orchestrate customer engagements and multi-stream operations during security incidents. You will align stakeholders, coordinate staff, and ensure proactive and reactive engagements are delivered effectively.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent practical experience in cybersecurity, incident management or related operations.
• 5+ years coordinating customer-facing cybersecurity incidents or complex security service delivery.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams and align resources under time pressure.
• Technical fluency across enterprise cybersecurity domains and clear customer communication.
• Experience with escalation, reporting, and follow-the-sun handovers.

Responsibilities

• Independently coordinate customer engagements and multiple operational workstreams.
• Maintain escalation pathways and direct issues to delivery teams.
• Lead daily/weekly standups and provide clear status, risks and actions.
• Translate investigation findings into clear customer updates for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Legal, Security Research and Product Groups to remove blockers.
