Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Cyber Incident Response Coordinator to lead global cybersecurity incident response efforts. You will coordinate complex incidents, liaise with legal, risk management and partners, and drive continuous improvement of incident response processes and documentation.

You will mentor junior staff, deliver leadership reports, and help shape best practices across EY’s cyber defense teams, working across time zones and high-pressure scenarios.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years’ collective experience in information security and related roles.
• 5+ years’ experience in SOC/Threat Intelligence/Detection Engineering or equivalent.
• 3+ years’ experience in DFIR or incident coordination.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate complex global cybersecurity incidents across time zones.
• Interface with IT, Legal, Risk Management and external partners.
• Develop and improve incident response processes and documentation.
• Deliver metrics and reports to leadership on incident response performance.
• Mentor junior team members and lead documentation initiatives.
