Job summary

Cyber Security NSW is seeking a Senior Security & Compliance Analyst in Sydney for a 12-month temporary full-time role. The position focuses on threat monitoring, incident response, vulnerability management and security operations across government services.

You will work with delivery, infrastructure and cyber security teams to strengthen security controls while supporting cloud platforms and CI/CD environments. Flexible working and hybrid office presence apply.

Qualifications

• Cyber security operations experience in enterprise environments.
• Experience in threat monitoring, incident response and remediation.
• Ability to assess risks and implement security controls.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and respond to cyber security alerts and incidents across enterprise environments.
• Lead vulnerability management activities including remediation tracking and reporting.
• Ensure patching of OS, applications and infrastructure to maintain security posture.
• Support cloud security operations and DevSecOps pipelines.
