Qualifications

• Strong cyber security expertise, including security frameworks, risk management, governance, compliance and incident response.
• Ability to develop and implement cyber security strategies, influence senior stakeholders and embed a strong security culture.
• Experience in technology procurement, vendor management, contract negotiation and supplier performance.
• Sound commercial judgement, balancing security and regulatory obligations with service quality, cost and delivery priorities.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement and leadership skills, with a collaborative approach to complex challenges.
• A commitment to building an inclusive, accountable and high-performing culture.
• Experience working within NSW Government, with understanding of NSW Cyber Security Policy and procurement frameworks.
