Job summary

Green Light Australia is seeking a Senior NICE CXone Contact Centre Engineer to join our team in Australia. The role focuses on designing and delivering NICE CXone solutions across enterprise environments. You will translate requirements into scalable CXone designs, configure routing, IVR, ACD, digital channels, and reporting, and support migrations from legacy systems.

Hybrid work in Melbourne or Sydney. Candidates should have proven senior engineering experience, with full project lifecycle

Qualifications

Proven experience in roles at senior engineer level.
Extensive experience designing and delivering NICE CXone Contact Centre solutions.
Demonstrated experience across full project lifecycle from design to deployment.
Strong understanding of contact centre tech: routing, IVR, omnichannel, WFM, reporting.

Responsibilities

Lead design and delivery of NICE CXone solutions across enterprise environments.
Translate requirements into scalable CXone designs.
Configure CXone components: routing, IVR, call flows, ACD, digital channels, WFM, reporting.
Support end-to-end migrations from legacy systems to NICE CXone.
Perform system integration with CRM, telephony, APIs, and third-party platforms.
Create technical docs, standards, and runbooks.
