• Knowledge of contemporary correctional practice and offender governance.
• Ability to monitor milestones, outputs and reporting requirements.
• Ability to analyse complex information and provide practical advice.
• Experience coordinating funded projects across multiple parties.
• High-level written communication for reports and briefings.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with stakeholders.
• Experience interpreting legislation, policy and information sharing requirements.
• Ability to work autonomously with sound judgement and deliver timely outcomes.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of CVE governance and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Provide high‑level advisory, coordination, and performance support to the Statewide CVE team.
• Coordinate governance, funded work plans, and risk management for CVE initiatives.
• Support delivery of statewide programs, awareness raising, and capability strengthening.
