Department of Justice and Community Safety VIC is seeking a Senior Case Manager - Countering Violent Extremism (CVE) operations in Melbourne to support people at risk and plan tailored interventions to reduce risk and improve safety.

You will manage varied caseloads, coordinate tailored support services, monitor progress, prepare reports, and help deliver safe and effective programs while working with colleagues from diverse backgrounds.

Qualificações

• Strong case management skills with experience managing risk for people with complex needs.
• Ability to plan and deliver tailored support addressing individual risks and needs.
• Experience interpreting and applying legal requirements to case management.
• Sound judgement, clear communication and ability to work with diverse backgrounds.

Responsabilidades

• Manage a varied caseload, assess risk and plan tailored support.
• Coordinate tailored support services and ensure client needs are met.
• Monitor progress, address challenging behaviour and act when risks increase.
