Job summary

Spatial Services, a division of the NSW Department of Customer Service, is seeking a Senior Advisor Customer Insights in Bathurst to drive analytics, reporting and customer-centric improvements. You will work in a multidisciplinary team to enhance access to Spatial Services data and services, supporting decision-making with insights.

Responsibilities

• Improve customer access to Spatial Services data, products and services.
• Deliver customer insights, analytics, reporting and project support to drive informed decision-making.
• Champion a customer-first approach to improve customer outcomes and experiences.
• Collaborate across the full product lifecycle, including development, release, maintenance and continuous improvement.
• Support stakeholder engagement activities and build relationships with customers, partners, and communities.
• Coordinate and deliver outreach initiatives, including events, communication campaigns.
• Promote Spatial Services programs, products and services to broad audiences.
