XPT Software Australia Pty Ltd in Melbourne is seeking a Senior Engineer to build, deploy and enhance CrowdStrike Falcon across endpoints and cloud environments. You will collaborate with SOC and cloud teams to improve detection and response, while delivering automation and secure integrations.

Senior specialist with hands-on Falcon engineering, Terraform, and cloud-native development will lead platform health, policy tuning and tooling improvements in a production setting.

Competenze

• Hands-on production engineering of CrowdStrike Falcon deployments and policy configuration.
• Automation scripting and integration using Falcon APIs and Python/Java.
• Terraform for cloud configuration, modules and pipelines.
• GCP knowledge including IAM, compute, networking and secure workload integration.
• Kubernetes security concepts including clusters, namespaces, and runtime controls.

Mansioni

• Build, configure and maintain Falcon components including sensor deployment and health, host groups, prevention and response policies, exclusions, access controls and update rings.
• Engineer Falcon coverage for GCP compute and Kubernetes workloads, integrating cloud accounts and sensor deployment.
• Create Terraform modules and deployment pipelines for Falcon resources and cloud integrations.
• Develop Python/Java integrations using Falcon APIs and enterprise interfaces; ensure event processing and authentication.
• Integrate detections and incidents into Google SecOps, ServiceNow and other approved workflows; validate data quality and tracing.
