Job summary

Softtest Pays Pty in Canberra, ACT, AU seeks a Senior CRM Developer to design, develop and deploy D365/Power Apps solutions, dashboards, and secure CRM data flows. You will integrate Dataverse, Azure services and REST APIs while aligning with business requirements and governance.

You will mentor team members, participate in agile ceremonies, and ensure scalable, secure CRM implementations for multiple business units in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated 6+ years in D365/Power Apps development and configuration.
• Experience building external data source connectors into D365 and configuring CRM workflows.
• Create dashboards from user stories and requirements.
• Security models, access controls and data migrations in CRM.
• Azure-based cloud services integration with D365 and Dataverse.

Job description

Australian Citizens residing in Australia only respond. Must be able to obtain Baseline.

1) Technical (D365/PowerApps): Demonstrated (minimum 6 years) experience in the following: a) Developing and configuring D365/Power Apps Modules. b) Developing/configuring external data source connectors/integrations into D365. Configuring CRM workflows, Plugins and Cloud Flows. c) Create dashboards from documented User Stories/requirements! d) Configuring CRM Dashboards for various business consumers e) Experience with Azure tools such as: KeyVault, Appinsights and App Services, API management.

2. 2) Comprehensive understanding of D365s security model, including security roles, field-level security, team-based security, and hierarchy-based security. Developing CRM Security models, access controls and role permissions, field permissions and Data migrations into CRM, including scripts and data migration tools.

3. 3) Technical (ancillary): Demonstrated (minimum 6 years) experience in the following: a) Experience with Azure services such as Azure, Logic Apps, Azure Functions, and Azure Service Bus for creating cloud-native applications integrated with D365. b) Experience in Dataverse API integration and Power Automate flows & background workflow plug-ins ASP.Net, .Net framework and C# development. c) Managing source control, builds and deployments using Azure DevOps Tracking and managing tasks in Azure DevOps SharePoint online d) Demonstrated experience with Azure OpenAI Service.

Ability to pragmatically change direction and scope as new information is identified. Ability to work with geographically dispersed teams Ability to work with technical and non-technical staff.
