Job summary

Burger Urge Toowoomba is seeking an experienced Senior Crew Member to join our fast-paced restaurant team. You will deliver exceptional customer service, take orders, prepare food per brand standards, and maintain a clean, safe dining environment in a dynamic, team‑oriented setting.

As part of our growing brand, you will work closely with teammates to ensure timely service, handle transactions, and participate in ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• RSA and Food Safety certifications are mandatory within specified timelines.
• Valid working rights including passport/visa for international candidates.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and take orders in a friendly, timely manner.
• Prepare food per Burger Urge standards, including grilling and assembling items.
• Maintain cleanliness across kitchen, dining area and restrooms.
• Operate and maintain kitchen equipment safely (grills, fryers, ovens).
• Handle cash/credit transactions and keep accurate sales records.
• Communicate effectively with team to ensure accurate, quick orders.
• Participate in training and stay updated on Burger Urge policies.
