Job summary

Angle Auto Finance is seeking a Lead Analyst to support people performance and application processing within the Credit Operations team. You will process and decide on applications, escalate as needed, and coach colleagues to improve decision-making and regulatory compliance.

The role focuses on application processing, mentoring, and collaborating with Credit Risk and Compliance teams to ensure high standards and risk mitigation across dealer, novated leasing, and customer networks.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field preferred.
Experience in credit lending/underwriting in automotive or asset finance.
Strong understanding of credit principles, risk & financial analysis, AML.

Responsibilities

Senior credit underwriter focused on application processing, decisioning, coaching, and compliance support.
Supports People Managers and technical specialists, escalation point for credit decisions.
Coaches and mentors staff; supports onboarding and career development with People Managers.
Mainly application processing and coaching support.
