Angle Auto Finance is seeking a Lead Analyst to support people performance and application processing in Credit Operations. The role involves processing/decisioning applications, coaching, and escalation management, with a focus on regulatory compliance and risk mitigation.

You will influence team culture, drive performance, and provide guidance across Dealer, Novated Leasing, and Customer networks, while collaborating with People Managers and Credit Risk.

Qualifications

• Established Credit/Lending/Underwriting experience in automotive or asset finance.
• Strong understanding of credit principles, risk & financial analysis, and industry regulations (responsible lending and AML).
• Strong relationship management skills with dealers, brokers and key stakeholders.
• Ability to lead and develop a team; drive coaching and mentorship.

• Supports People Managers and technical specialists; escalation point for credit decisions.
• Coaches and mentors staff; supports onboarding and career development with People Managers.
• Supports QA checks and compliance adherence; acts as a point of contact for Credit Risk function.
• Uses senior DA for application decisions; escalation point in credit decisions.
• Limited direct involvement in data analytics.
• Supports key projects; less strategic leadership.
• Mainly application processing and coaching support.

Purpose;The Lead Analyst is responsible and accountable for the supporting people performance and application processing in the Credit Operations team.
