Job summary

You will collaborate with the Creative team to deliver media that supports advocacy and fundraising across multiple formats.

The role requires 5+ years in video production, strong editing skills, and a willingness to travel to developing countries while thinking strategically to improve workflows and scale content

Qualifications

• 5+ years in video production or content creation.
• Ability to turn rough ideas into finished video.
• Willing to travel to developing countries.
• Comfortable editing video and thinking strategically.
• Experience improving workflows or team efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Concept, script, edit and deliver end-to-end video content for multiple platforms.
• Capture event and storytelling photography for media and fundraising.
• Build repeatable templates and processes for video editing.
• Introduce smarter ways of working (AI and automation plugins).
• Help scale content across platforms and audiences.
