Job summary

Howatson+Company in Sydney is seeking a Producer to support the seamless execution of creative projects across film, stills, digital content, and post-production. Reporting to the Chief Production Officer, you will manage all campaign productions and day-to-day studio operations.

You will oversee end-to-end production processes, manage multiple campaigns, ensure high creative standards, and drive cost-effective execution through vendor negotiations while building strong partnerships with clients

Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end production processes for campaigns from conceptualisation to delivery.
Oversee multiple projects across formats, meeting deadlines and maintaining quality.
Ensure deliverables meet high creative standards and sustain the studio's reputation.
Manage production budgets and negotiate with vendors for cost-effective execution.
Coordinate schedules, troubleshoot issues, and ensure on-time delivery while exceeding expectations.
Foster relationships with internal teams, external partners, and clients as a trusted contact.
Stay ahead of industry trends to bring fresh and innovative ideas to the table.
