Job summary

Telstra Corporation in Australia seeks a Senior Creative Campaign Partner to lead partnerships with Marketing in the in-house agency, shaping briefs and ensuring the agency remains focused on strategic and creative outcomes.

You will own briefs, translate business problems into clear creative directions, and collaborate with Strategists, Creatives, Producers and Marketing teams to drive campaigns from brief to delivery while maintaining strong relationships with senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of agency account management or senior client-partner experience.
• Experience leading integrated campaigns from brief through strategy, creative development and delivery.
• Strong understanding of marketing strategy and cross-channel campaigns.
• Ability to partner with senior Marketing stakeholders and build trusted relationships.
• Excellent communication, facilitation and presentation skills.
• Ability to champion customer and creative outcomes and navigate competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead campaigns from initial engagement through strategic and creative development.
• Maintain continuity and alignment across the agency process.
• Interrogate briefs and ensure clear objectives, audiences and measures.
• Provide strategic counsel and challenge requests when needed.
• Facilitate stakeholder conversations and decision points.
• Drive continuous improvement of campaign effectiveness and partnerships.
