MinterEllison is one of Australia’s largest independent law and consulting firms with a long-standing reputation for excellence and trusted client relationships. We are seeking a Special Counsel or Senior Associate to join our Corporate and Funds team to deliver high-caliber transactions and advisory services.

You will work on complex M&A and corporate funds matters, collaborating with partners and specialists across the firm.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of post-admission experience in a reputable law firm, with strong grounding in M&A and corporate transactional work.
• Meaningful exposure to, or demonstrable interest in, corporate and/or transactional funds management.
• Proven ability to originate and develop enduring client partnerships and lead matters independently.

Responsabilités

• Lead and advise on complex corporate and funds transactions across wholesale and retail structures.
• Provide Board-level advisory services and practical, commercially sound guidance.
• Develop, mentor and grow junior lawyers and contribute to a high-performing team.
• Collaborate across the Firm to deliver client outcomes and business development.
