You will mentor junior lawyers, contribute to team capability, and work with a premier public law practice renowned for pragmatic, commercially focused advice to government clients.

Qualificações

• 5+ years' PQE in public and administrative law.
• Experience acting for Commonwealth agencies or government clients.
• Strong advocacy, drafting and technical legal skills.
• Experience managing matters autonomously and delivering client-focused advice.
• Collaborative approach with mentoring and developing junior lawyers.

Responsabilidades

• Manage a broad portfolio of merits and judicial review litigation for Commonwealth clients.
• Appear as a solicitor advocate at hearings, conferences and appeals.
• Advise government clients on administrative law, statutory interpretation, and litigation strategy.
• Instruct counsel on complex and high-profile matters.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and contribute to business development.
