Job summary

nbn is seeking a Managing Counsel, Competition and Regulatory to lead a small, highly specialised Enterprise Legal team in Brisbane. You will own complex competition and regulatory matters across telecoms and access regulation, guiding strategic decisions and regulatory risk management.

You will collaborate with senior stakeholders, delivering trusted advice and shaping outcomes that balance regulatory obligations with business goals, while fostering a high-performing, collaborative team culture.

Qualifications

• Deep experience across competition law, telecommunications regulation, and/or access regulation.
• Experience in a leading law firm or large regulated organisation.
• Post-graduate qualifications are highly regarded.
