Job summary

nbn is seeking a Managing Counsel for Competition and Regulatory to join the Enterprise Legal team in Australia. You will lead a small, specialised group and own complex competition and regulatory matters essential to nbn’s operations and long-term strategy.

You will provide trusted senior legal advice on competition law, access and telecommunications regulation, guiding decisions that balance regulatory obligations with commercial outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience across at least two of competition law, access regulation or telecommunications regulation.
• Experience leading a small, specialised team and providing senior legal advice.
• Ability to influence in complex, multi-stakeholder environments and guide regulatory risk.
