Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a senior Cost Manager to lead end-to-end cost management for complex construction projects. You will interface daily with clients and cross-functional teams to ensure projects meet time, cost and quality targets, while managing margins and providing robust cost reporting.

Ideally you will have MRICS/AIQS designation and 6–11 years of experience in cost management within the construction sector, with proficiency in CostX, CATO or CADMeas VR5.

Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management.
• MRICS or AIQS designation preferred.
• 6–11 years of industry experience in cost management.

Responsibilities

• Lead cost management commissions for medium to large projects or programmes.
• Interface with clients and consultants to ensure objectives, time, cost and quality targets are met.
• Monitor margins, forecast resources, and prepare cost plans and reports.
• Tendering, procurement and pre-tender activity, including tender analysis and documentation.
• Carry out post-contract cost control, variation assessments and valuations.
