Job summary

Navan is seeking a Travel Experience Associate to support business travellers via chat, phone and email. You will resolve issues, share feedback with product teams and help travellers navigate Navan’s platform.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in corporate travel, GDS experience (Sabre/Amadeus/Galileo) and strong communication skills. The role operates in a hybrid setup with three in-office days in Sydney and global policy compliance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in corporate travel management or business travel consulting.
• Experience with air, rail, hotel and car bookings.
• GDS experience: Sabre, Amadeus or Galileo at intermediate level+.
• Customer service in a contact centre or similar.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Gmail, Zendesk, Slack and Salesforce advantageous.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a hybrid setting.

Responsibilities

• Assist travellers with support across chat, phone and email.
• Provide booking information for air, rail, hotel and car.
• Assess needs, traveller profiles and urgency of requests.
• Maintain knowledge of suppliers, destinations and booking systems.
• Help users navigate Navan platform and encourage self-service.
• Respond to customer enquiries in line with SLAs and requirements.
• Follow travel and expense policies and compliance procedures.
• Provide regular feedback on goals and operating processes.
• Participate in team meetings and stay informed on product launches.
• Collaborate with teams to identify recurring issues and improve the experience.
