Qualifications

• Active MARA registration is required.
• 3+ years’ experience in Australian immigration.
• Experience with employer sponsored visas is essential.
• Proven ability to manage a high volume of cases in a busy, deadline-driven environment.
• Strong written communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end immigration advice on employer-sponsored and skilled visas for corporate clients.
• Assess visa options and eligibility for corporate clients and their employees.
• Prepare, lodge and manage visa and nomination applications, liaising with authorities and skills assessment bodies.
• Respond to requests for further information and refusals where required.
• Lead and mentor a migration co-ordinator supporting case preparation and administration.
• Contribute to process and service improvements as the firm grows.
