William Buck is seeking an experienced Senior Analyst to join our Corporate Advisory team in Sydney CBD. You will work on mid-market transactions with EVs $10-250m, across health, tech, manufacturing and professional services, handling valuations, M&A, due diligence and capital raising.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in valuations, financial modelling, due diligence and M&A.

Responsibilities

• Work across the full transaction lifecycle including valuations, M&A, sell-side advisory and due diligence.
• Contribute to capital raising and strategic planning for clients.
• Collaborate with team to deliver high-quality advisory outcomes for mid-market transactions.

The Opportunity:

We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Analyst to join our growing Corporate Advisory team in Sydney CBD.

Our team is focused on mid-market transactions with typical EV’s of between $10-250m across a diverse range of industries, with deep skills in health, technology, advanced manufacturing and professional services.

This is a diverse, hands-on role offering exposure across the full transaction lifecycle, including valuations, mergers and acquisitions, sell-side advisory, financial due diligence, capital raising, and strategic planning.

Alongside strong technical capability, we are looking for someone who brings positive energy, integrity, and a collaborative approach, and who contributes positively to both client outcomes and team culture .

What makes you ‘just right’:

• 3+ years’ experience in valuations, financial modelling, due diligence, and M&A
• Strong analytical skills, and the ability to interpret both financial and non-financial data
• Excellent report writing, and communication skills
• Experience to building integrated models and strong excel skills
• Strong organisational and project management skills and the ability to manage multiple transactions/assignments concurrently
• A collaborative, proactive working style and the desire to contribute to a high-performing team culture
• Relevant Qualifications, degree qualified, including CA, CFA qualifications or working towards
