Job summary

TAL Services Limited is seeking a Senior Corporate Counsel and Team Leader to help clients navigate complex disputes and litigation with fairness and confidence. You will partner across the business to guide strategic decisions, drive improvements, and grow a high-performing team focused on customer outcomes.

You will advise on complex claims and disputes, shape dispute strategies, and influence senior stakeholders while upholding TAL's values and regulatory obligations.

Qualifications

• Admitted legal practitioner with a minimum of 8 years' post qualification experience.
• Strong understanding of insurance law, life insurance legislation and dispute resolution frameworks.
• Experience managing complex matters with courts, tribunals and external dispute resolution bodies.
• Exceptional written, verbal communication and legal drafting skills.
• Ability to build trusted relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Collaborative approach with a strong commitment to teamwork and shared success.
• Experience leading or developing people, with a passion for coaching and growth.
