Gadens, Melbourne, seeks a Senior Associate with 5+ PQE to join our Corporate team, supporting national Partners on a broad range of matters including public and private M&A and equity capital markets. You will work with a team of prominent corporate partners on complex deals and client engagements.

You will interact directly with clients, negotiate sophisticated transactions, and mentor junior lawyers in a collaborative, high‑performing environment as Gadens grows its corporate practice.

Formación

• 5+ years’ experience in corporate practice with private/public M&A and equity capital markets
• Strong commercial awareness and high-quality work product
• Interest in mentoring junior lawyers and building client relationships

Responsabilidades

• Public M&A work, including takeovers and schemes of arrangement
• Equity capital markets activity, including IPOs and other capital raisings
• Private M&A and related advisory matters
• Compliance with ASX Listing Rules and the Corporations Act
• Corporate governance matters and client advisory work
