Job summary

Liontown Resources Limited, a leading ASX-listed lithium operation operator in Western Australia, seeks a Senior Corporate Accountant to provide advanced accounting expertise. Reporting to the Group Financial Controller, you will deliver consolidated reporting, manage month-end close, and coordinate external audits within a high-growth environment.

The role offers broad scope beyond traditional accounting, including system improvements, process optimization, and business partnering with finance

Qualifications

Significant experience in corporate or financial accounting.
Proven experience in financial reporting, month-end management, and external audit support.
Experience with ERP systems; SAP is highly desirable.
Ability to obtain a National Police Clearance and pass a pre-employment medical including drug and alcohol screen.

Responsibilities

Prepares consolidated financial reports monthly with accuracy and compliance.
Prepares Corporate Accounting reports for input into quarterly ASX releases.
Supports half and full year financial accounts and external audit coordination.
Assists month-end close activities including journals and reconciliations.
Tests and analyses Corporate OPEX and CAPEX variances to identify discrepancies.
Supports weekly rolling cash flow forecasts and treasury activities.
Contributes to cost control initiatives and financial analysis across operations.
Designs and improves accounting processes and mentors junior staff.
