Job summary

Chemist Warehouse Group is seeking a Digital Marketing Account Manager to own supplier relationships and drive multi‑channel campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok and programmatic platforms. You’ll coordinate onsite ecommerce placements, EDMs, and homepage assets while partnering with internal Social, CRM, Integrations and Planning teams.

Reporting to the Digital Marketing Manager, you will manage supplier calendars, provide strategic recommendations, and lead campaigns for new product launches

Qualifications

• Three years’ experience in digital marketing or campaign management.
• Experience managing multi-channel campaigns and stakeholder relationships.
• Strong project management and communication skills.
• FMCG/retail/ecommerce experience is advantageous.

The Digital Marketing Department leads Chemist Warehouse’s growing retail media offering, delivering onsite and offsite campaigns across paid media, ecommerce, social and CRM.

Our focus is to grow supplier investment and profitability through high‑performing campaigns that drive sales online and in-store.

About the role

Reporting to the Digital Marketing Manager, you will own a portfolio of suppliers and brands across a broad range of Chemist Warehouse categories.

This is a digital account management role focused on strategy, project management and supplier relationships. You will lead each supplier’s marketing calendar and work with a dedicated Activation Specialist who builds and optimises campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok, programmatic platforms and more!

You will coordinate integrated campaigns across paid media and onsite ecommerce placements, including EDMs and homepage assets, while working with internal teams across Social, CRM, Integrations and Planning.

Role responsibilities

Who are we looking for?

• At least three years’ experience in digital marketing, account management or campaign management is preferred.
• Experience managing multi‑channel campaigns, accounts and stakeholder relationships.
• Strong project management and relationship‑building skills.
• The ability to turn campaign data into clear insights and recommendations.
• Strong commercial acumen and communication skills.
• Experience in FMCG, retail, ecommerce, health or beauty will be highly regarded.
