Job summary

Transport for NSW is seeking a Senior Contracts Specialist based in Parramatta, NSW. You will support the ONG program, managing contracts, administering commercial agreements, and ensuring governance across procurement activities.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years contract management experience.
• Experience with commercial aspects, including administration and reporting.
• Strong governance and compliance focus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain contract registers and monitor obligations, milestones and deliverables.
• Review, prepare and draft contractual notices and other agreements; ensure governance and approvals.
• Review and process payment claims; coordinate contract administration activities.
• Participate in contract management meetings with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
