Job summary

Transport for NSW in Milsons Point, NSW is seeking an Operational Contract Support Officer to deliver contract administration and payment processing for regional project teams. You will ensure compliance with NSW Government policy and SOPA while managing purchase orders and payment certificates.

You will maintain data across systems, balance competing priorities, and broker relationships to support Transport's operational delivery in a dynamic, public-sector environment.

• You will deliver contract administration and payment processing for regional project teams, suppliers and contractors, ensuring compliance with NSW Government policy and SOPA.

• Strong financial acumen and attention to detail gained through finance, administration or contract management roles will see you excel in processing claims.
• you're recognised as organised and reliable, skilled at data management and systems administration, and experienced in managing payment schedules.
• You bring experience in financial compliance, payment processing or contract administration while balancing competing work priorities and delivering accurate outcomes.
• A Certificate IV in Business, Administration, Finance or Accounting, or equivalent professional experience, is essential.
