About the Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced and proactive professional to drive contract and procurement activities across the organisation. In this influential role, you'll play a key part in delivering strategic procurement outcomes, optimising systems and processes, and ensuring compliance while partnering with stakeholders to achieve exceptional results for the community.

What you will bring

Ideally the successful applicant will have the following:

• Demonstrated experience in procurement and contracts
• Highly developed organisational and coordination skills with the ability to manage competing deadlines
• Advanced systems proficiency with experience using financial, procurement and contract management systems.
• A proactive approach with a commitment to continuous improvement
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams to achieve organisational objectives

Salary and conditions

The position is classified within Band 6 of Council’s Current Enterprise Agreement ranging from $$96,410 – $104,968 per annum plus statutory superannuation.
