Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Business or related field.
• Significant experience as Contracts Manager or similar in construction.
• Strong understanding of construction contracts and commercial management principles.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial and contractual aspects of construction projects.
• Review contracts, tenders, quotations and subcontract agreements.
• Identify, assess and mitigate commercial and contractual risks.
• Provide commercial and contract administration support to project teams.
• Manage variations, claims, disputes and contract compliance.
• Ensure project documentation and record keeping meet contractual and company requirements.
• Support financial management, budgeting and commercial reporting.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors and key stakeholders.
