Job summary

CPB Contractors is seeking an experienced Senior Contracts Manager to lead the commercial and contractual management of complex, high-value projects in Australia. Reporting to the Commercial Manager, you will steer contract administration, negotiations, risk management and stakeholder engagement to ensure delivery aligns with contractual obligations and business objectives.

Qualifications

• Degree qualified in Law, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Engineering, Commerce, or a related discipline.
• Extensive experience managing complex construction or infrastructure contracts.
• Strong knowledge of Australian Standard contracts, PPPs, NEC, FIDIC, and collaborative contract models.
• Demonstrated success in managing claims, variations, and dispute resolution processes.
• Excellent commercial acumen and risk management capability.
• Strong negotiation, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, high-profile project environments.
