Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in a commercial or contract management role within construction, engineering, utilities, infrastructure or resources industries.
• Strong contract negotiation, stakeholder management and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of AS4000 contracts and relevant Australian legislation.

Responsibilities

• Provide contract management advice, commercial support and inform project teams on commercial strategy.
• Manage contractual risks, claims, variations, site instructions and progress claims.
• Review and negotiate contract terms, tender submissions and commercial obligations.
• Lead, mentor and develop contract administration personnel to drive strong commercial outcomes.
