Plexxcon is seeking an Intermediate or Senior Contracts Administrator to lead on our most complex commercial construction projects in Brisbane and the Sunshine Coast. Based at Geebung or Warana, you’ll mentor junior administrators and partner with project teams to deliver quality outcomes.

You’ll manage head contracts and subcontracts (AS4000, AS4902), prepare monthly progress claims, handle variations and EOTs, and drive cost reporting and tender handover with estimating.

Formación

• 5+ years contract administration experience with a Queensland builder.
• Strong working knowledge of AS-series contracts and the BIF Act.
• A natural team player who enjoys mentoring and sharing knowledge.
• Commercial confidence, plus the people skills to keep relationships strong.
• A problem-solver who takes ownership and brings others along.
• Well organised and able to juggle several projects at once.
• Tertiary qualification in Construction Management, QS or similar (preferred).
• Experience with Jonas Premier, ProcurePro or HammerTech is a bonus.
• Current QLD driver’s licence and White Card.

Responsabilidades

• Leading contract administration on our most complex projects, from award to final handover and beyond
• Supporting, coaching and developing junior administrators across our project teams
• Administering head contracts and subcontracts (AS4000, AS4902 and bespoke forms)
• Preparing and submitting monthly progress claims
• Managing variations, EOTs, notices and time-related claims
• Procuring and awarding trade packages, including scope preparation, reviews and negotiation
• Assessing subcontractor claims and making sure payments comply with the BIF Act
• Monthly cost reporting, forecasting and cost-to-complete
• Working with estimating on tender handover and post-award contract reviews
• Helping shape and improve our contract admin systems as we grow
