Qualifications

• Formal qualifications in Contract Management are desirable.
• Experience in end-to-end procurement and contract formation in construction/utilities.
• Strong financial acumen related to construction/utilities sectors.

Responsibilities

• Communicate confidentially and professionally with internal and external stakeholders and adhere to company policies, financial management practices, systems, and procedures.
• Serve as the main contact for all contractual and financial administration matters between the company and clients or subcontractors on assigned projects.
• Prepare and assist with timely submission of progress claims, final accounts, and variations as required.
• Help manage and maintain contract and financial records, including project diaries, cost tracking, and supporting documentation.
• Monitor and control project costs against budget, prepare and administer monthly financial reports, cash flow forecasts, close-out audits, and participate in project meetings.
• Manage subcontractor and supplier payments, insurance, security compliance, and maintain supporting files.
• Participate in risk reviews, maintain site records to comply with employee, organisational, and statutory requirements, and support other project financial administration activities as directed.
