Job summary

Amida Group on the Gold Coast is seeking an experienced Contracts Administrator or Senior Contracts Administrator to join a growing team working on a $200m+ high-rise residential project and other developments. You will manage the full contract lifecycle from tender to close-out.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in a similar role, head contractor exposure, strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills, and excellent attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualifications in project management or construction management.
• Minimum 5+ years' experience in a similar contract administration role.
• Strong written and verbal communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full contract lifecycle from tendering and award through to project completion and close-out.
• Review and administer head contracts and subcontracts to ensure compliance with terms.
• Prepare and evaluate tender packages, including scope of works and documentation.
• Negotiate subcontractor and supplier agreements to achieve best value.
• Monitor costs, budgets, and forecasts, ensuring financial control.
• Process progress claims, variations, and payment schedules in line with contract obligations.
• Assess variations and EOTs, and manage contractual claims.
• Maintain contract records and documentation; liaise with project managers, engineers, clients, and subcontractors.
• Ensure compliance with legislation, standards, and company policies.
